The invention discloses a propeller variable-pitch connecting rod mechanism which comprises a connecting rod and a spherical sliding block. The small end of the connecting rod is hinged to the tail end of the piston, and the large end is hinged to the paddle eccentric pin; a piston is slidably connected to the guide rail through a spline; and a paddle eccentric pin is eccentrically fixed on the end surface of the paddle. The angle change performance brought by manufacturing tolerance in the circumferential direction of the piston is high, part interference, movement clamping stagnation and abrasion slowing are prevented, the service life is prolonged, and the use cost is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种螺旋桨变距连杆机构,包括连杆和球形滑块;连杆小端铰接连接在活塞末端上,其大端铰接连接在桨叶偏心销上;活塞通过花键可滑动地连接在导轨上;桨叶偏心销偏心固定在桨叶的端面上。本发明适应活塞圆周方向制造公差带来的角度变化性能强,防止了零件干涉和运动卡滞,磨损变缓,延长了使用寿命,降低了使用成本。
