The invention discloses an electric vehicle charging and heating control method and device, a storage medium and an electric vehicle, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the allowable charging and discharging power of a power battery and the target heating power of a heating device in electric equipment when the heating and charging of the power battery is determined; gradually loading the allowable heating power of the heating device according to a preset step length until the allowable heating power reaches the target heating power, obtaining the actual heating power of the heatingdevice after each time of power loading and stable heating of the heating device, and obtaining the actual consumed power of the electric equipment according to the actual heating power of the heating device, and controlling the output power of the charging device according to the actual consumption power of the electric equipment and the allowable charging and discharging power of the power battery. Therefore, according to the control method, the power of the electric vehicle for heating and charging and discharging can be distributed in a balanced mode, the electric vehicle can be charged and discharged stably, and meanwhile the charging and discharging cost and difficulty of the electric vehicle are reduced.

    本发明公开一种电动车辆充电加热控制方法与装置、存储介质、电动车辆,其中,电动车辆充电加热控制方法包括:在确定对动力电池进行加热充电时,获取动力电池的允许充放电功率和用电设备中加热装置的目标加热功率;按照预设步长逐步加载加热装置的允许加热功率直至允许加热功率达到目标加热功率,在每次功率加载完成且加热装置稳定加热后获取加热装置的实际加热功率,由加热装置的实际加热功率获取用电设备的实际消耗功率,再根据用电设备的实际消耗功率和动力电池的允许充放电功率控制充电装置的输出功率。由此,该控制方法能够均衡分配电动车辆用于加热和充放电的功率,保证电动车辆能够稳定的进行充放电,同时降低电动车辆充放电的成本和难度。
