The embodiment of the invention discloses a charging system fault positioning method, and the method comprises the steps: respectively obtaining at least one piece of charging attribute information ofa charging system and a charging pile when the condition that the charging system of a target vehicle builds communication with the charging pile for charging the target vehicle is detected; when itis detected that target charging attribute information which does not meet a preset charging condition exists in the at least one piece of charging attribute information, determining target charging fault information corresponding to the target charging attribute information; through processing the target charging fault information, the target fault associated information of the charging system fault is determined, and the target fault associated information is fed back to the cloud platform corresponding to the target vehicle, so that the cloud platform records the target fault associated information, and updates the stored use state information of each charging pile based on the target fault associated information. The charging system fault can be accurately positioned, the use state ofthe charging pile is updated, the charging fault positioning process is simplified, and the user experience is improved.

    本发明实施例公开充电系统故障的定位方法,该方法包括:检测到目标车辆的充电系统与对目标车辆充电的充电桩建立通信时,分别获取充电系统与充电桩的至少一个充电属性信息;检测到至少一个充电属性信息中存在不满足预设充电条件的目标充电属性信息时,确定与目标充电属性信息所对应的目标充电故障信息;通过对目标充电故障信息进行处理,确定充电系统故障的目标故障关联信息,并向与目标车辆所对应的云平台反馈目标故障关联信息,以使云平台记录目标故障关联信息,并基于目标故障关联信息更新存储的各充电桩的使用状态信息。能对充电系统故障进行准确定位,更新充电桩使用状态,简化定位充电故障的流程,提高用户的体验。
