The invention provides a steel rail potential limiting device and a control method. According to the device, one end of a direct current contactor, one end of an anti-parallel thyristor module and oneend of a voltage detection module are connected with an earth screen; the other end of the direct-current contactor is connected with the other end of the anti-parallel thyristor module and then is connected with a steel rail andthe other end ofthe voltage detection module through a current detection module; and a controller is respectively connected with the direct current contactor and the anti-parallel thyristor module. The method comprises the following steps: when a steel rail voltage value respectively reaches a first-section voltage protection setting value, a second-section voltage protection setting value and a third-section voltage protection setting value, respectively controlling the direct current contactor to be switched on in a time delay manner, controlling the direct current contactor to be switched on without time delay and controlling the direct current contactor to be locked; and when it is detected that the value of the current flowing through the closed direct-current contactor is smaller than the current setting value, controlling the direct-current contactor to be switched off. According to the device and the method, the operation overvoltage occurring during opening can be effectively reduced, and the problem of mis-locking can be avoided.
本发明提供了一种钢轨电位限制装置及控制方法,装置:直流接触器的一端、反并联晶闸管模块的一端、电压检测模块的一端均与地网连接,直流接触器的另一端和反并联晶闸管模块的另一端连接后通过电流检测模块分别与钢轨和电压检测模块的另一端连接;控制器分别与直流接触器和反并联晶闸管模块连接。方法:在钢轨电压值分别达到一段电压保护整定值、二段电压保护整定值和三段电压保护整定值时,分别延时控制直流接触器合闸、控制直流接触器无延时合闸和控制直流接触器闭锁,在检测到流经闭合的直流接触器的电流值小于电流整定值时,控制直流接触器分闸。该装置和方法可以有效减小分闸时出现的操作过电压,能避免出现误闭锁的问题。
