The invention relates to the technical field of cranes, and discloses an intelligent hoisting device with a self-locking function after stall. The intelligent hoisting device comprises a first rotarydisc; a connecting disc is driven to synchronously rotate by utilizing the rotation of the first rotary disc; a positioning block is movably connected to the interior of the first rotary disc; throughcooperative use of electrorheological fluids, a coil, a conductor and a wire, the current magnitude is changed through speed change, so that a crane stops rotating, the whole device is more sensitive, automatic stopping can be conducted in time, and manual operation is not needed; and through cooperative use of brake grooves, reset springs, movable blocks, self-locking blocks and a brake disc, self-locking is conducted after stall happens, the crane is prevented from continuing falling, and potential safety hazards caused by rapid descending of the equipment after stall are avoided; and through cooperative use of the electrorheological fluids and the coil, follow-up steps are linked through changes of the speed, operation does not need to be conducted through other external energy substances, and the effects of being more energy-saving and more environmentally friendly are achieved.

    本发明涉及起重机技术领域,且公开了一种失速之后具有自锁功能的智能起重装置,包括第一转盘,利用第一转盘的旋转带动连接盘同步进行旋转,所述第一转盘的内部活动连接有定位块,通过电流变体、线圈、导体和导线的配合使用,利用速度变化改变电流大小,使得起重机停止旋转,使得整个装置更加的灵敏,可以及时自动进行停止,不需要人工进行操作,通过制动槽、复位弹簧、移动块、自锁块和制动盘的配合使用,使得当发生失速之后发生自锁,阻止其继续下落,避免设备失速之后迅速下降存在安全隐患,通过电流变体和线圈的配合使用,利用速度自身的变化联动后续步骤的进行,不需要借助其他外界能源物质进行操作,更加的节能与环保。
