The invention relates to the technical field of cement hoisting and discloses a hoisting stall self-locking device for cement feeding. The hoisting stall self-locking device comprises an outer shaft,the inner wall of the outer shaft is connected with a clamping ring in a sleeved manner, the inner wall of the clamping ring is connected with a rotating shaft in a sleeved manner, a piezoresistor isfixedly connected to the middle portion of the inner wall of the rotating shaft, a return spring is fixedly connected to the middle portion of the inner wall of the rotating shaft, a positive pole plate is fixedly connected to the middle portion of the inner wall of the rotating shaft, a sliding block is movably connected to the middle portion of the inner wall of the rotating shaft, a dielectricplate is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the middle portion of the sliding block, and a negative pole plate is fixedly connected to the middle portion of the inner wall of the rotating shaft. According to the hoisting stall self-locking device for the cement feeding, the rotating shaft drives the sliding block to move, the sliding block drives the dielectric plate to move, then the positivepole plate and the negative pole plate are used in cooperation, so that the effect of controlling on-off of an electromagnet is achieved, the dielectric plate moves relatively, the relative area of the positive pole plate and the negative pole plate is gradually decreased, the voltage between the two pole plates is decreased, at the moment, the working voltage of the piezoresistor is reached, andthe electromagnet is powered on to generate magnetic force repelling a magnetic field and a magnetic block mutually.

    本发明涉及水泥吊装技术领域,且公开了一种水泥上料用吊装失速自锁装置,包括外轴,所述外轴内壁套接有卡环,卡环内壁套接有转轴,转轴内壁中部固定连接有压敏电阻,转轴内壁中部固定连接有复位弹簧,转轴内壁中部固定连接有正极板,转轴内壁中部活动连接有滑块,滑块中部内壁固定连接有电介质板,转轴内壁中部固定连接有负极板。该水泥上料用吊装失速自锁装置,通过转轴带动滑块运动,滑块带动电介质板运动,再通过正极板与负极板的配合使用,从而达到控制电磁体通断电的效果,电介质板发生相对运动,正极板和负极板的相对面积逐渐减小,两极板间的电压变小,此时达到压敏电阻的工作电压,电磁体通电产生磁场与磁块相互排斥的磁力。
