According to a connector integral type root rib for empennage of an unmanned aerial vehicle and the unmanned aerial vehicle, the connector integral type root rib is integrated with a root rib 1, a front connector 2, a rear connector 3 and a rear beam connector 4, the number of parts is reduced by 60%, the weight is reduced by 20%, the assembling time is shortened by 50%, and the manufacturing andassembling cost is reduced by 25%; the integral root rib of the joint is simple in structure, and the front joint is of a vertical lug structure so as to bear course load; the rear connector is of a double-insertion-lug-piece vertical lug structure so as to bear shearing force and bending moment generated by empennage aerodynamic loads. The webs of the root ribs and the flanges form a box-shaped structure to bear the torque of the aerodynamic load of the empennage, the utilization rate of the structure is high, and the force transmission route is good; the front connector of the connector integral type root rib is located at the front edge of the root rib, so that good rigidity and strength of the unmanned aerial vehicle empennage can be guaranteed, meanwhile, large space is reserved behind a main beam of the unmanned aerial vehicle empennage, and model selection of an aero-engine and installation of related equipment are facilitated.

    本发明提供了一种用于无人机尾翼的接头整体式根肋及无人机,接头整体式根肋融合根肋1与前接头2、后接头3和后梁接头4为一体,零件的数量减少60%,重量轻20%,装配时间减少50%,制造与装配成本降低25%;接头整体式根肋的结构简单,前接头为立耳结构,以承受航向载荷;后接头为双插耳片立耳结构,以承受尾翼气动载荷产生的剪力及弯矩;根肋的腹板与翻边形成盒型结构,用以承受尾翼气动载荷的扭矩,结构的利用率高,传力路线好;接头整体式根肋的前接头位于根肋的前缘处,可以保证无人机尾翼的刚度强度好的同时,为无人机尾翼的主梁后面留出了较大空间,方便航空发动机的选型以及相关设备的安装。
