The invention provides a precision construction process for a bow hawse pipe and an anchor chock of an ultra-large ship. The precision construction process comprises the following steps that S1, three-dimensional coordinate data of the centers of holes in an upper deck, a second deck and a ship body outer plate are obtained; S2, the hawse pipe is broken, and the hawse pipe is decomposed into a first pipe fitting and a second pipe fitting; S3, two pipe fittings are machined respectively; S4, an anchor chock coaming is machined; S5, the anchor chock bottom plate is hoisted to the horizontal plane of the anchor mouth, and it is ensured that the levelness is consistent; S6, the installation positions of the multiple toggle plates and the anchor chock bottom plate are positioned, and the installation positions of the anchor chock coaming, the anchor chock bottom plate and the toggle plates are positioned; S7, the first pipe fitting is hoisted; S8, an anchor table is hoisted, and the anchortable is in butt joint with the first pipe fitting; and S9, an anchor mouth is hoisted, and the anchor mouth is fixedly connected with the anchor table. According to the method, the inclination anglevalue between the hawse pipe and the anchor chock is ensured to meet the precision size requirement through the three-dimensional coordinate system data by applying a precision control technical method, and technical guidance is provided for front-line production operators.

    本发明提供了一种超大型船舶艏部锚链筒和锚台的精度建造工艺,包括以下步骤:S1、获取上甲板、二甲板以及船体外板处的开孔中心的三维坐标数据;S2、对锚链筒取断,将锚链筒分解成第一管件和第二管件;S3、分别加工两根管件;S4、加工锚台围板;S5、将吊装锚台底板至锚唇的水平面处,确保两者的水平度一致;S6、定位多个肘板与锚台底板的安装位置,定位锚台围板与锚台底板、肘板的安装位置;S7、吊装第一管件;S8、吊装锚台,将锚台与第一管件相对接;S9、吊装锚唇,将锚唇与锚台固定连接。本发明运用精度控制技术方法以三维坐标系数据确保锚链筒与锚台之间的倾斜角值满足精度尺寸要求,为生产一线作业人员提供技术性的指导。
