The invention provides a lofting design method for a hawse pipe and an anchor chock. The lofting design method comprises the following steps that S1, a side view and a cross section drawing of the anchor chock and the hawse pipe in a main ship body are made respectively; S2, the position of the center line of the hawse pipe and inclination angles between the center line and the upper deck, the second deck and the anchor chock bottom plate are determined; S3, the hawse pipe is subjected to unfolding lofting, and intersecting lines of the hawse pipe, the upper deck, the second deck and the shipbody outer plate are marked in a lofting graph; s4, hole opening graphs of the upper deck, the second deck and the ship body outer plate are obtained; S5, a lofting drawing of the anchor chock bottomplate is obtained; S6, intersection points of intersection lines of the anchor chock coaming and the ship body outer plate and all the rib molded lines are determined, and all the intersection pointsare marked in sequence; and S7, the intersecting line of the anchor chock coaming and the ship body outer plate are unfolded and lofted. According to the lofting design method, accurate lofting is conducted on structures such as an anchor chock and a hawse pipe which are attached to a main ship body structure curve type, and the technical requirements of the construction process of the bow part section of the main hull are met.
本发明提供了一种锚链筒和锚台的放样设计方法,包括以下步骤:S1、分别作出锚台和锚链筒在主船体中的侧视图和横剖面图;S2、确定锚链筒的中心线位置,以及中心线与上甲板、二甲板、锚台底板之间的倾斜角;S3、对锚链筒进行展开放样,在放样图中标出锚链筒与上甲板、二甲板、船体外板的相交线;S4、获得上甲板、二甲板和船体外板处的开孔图;S5、获得锚台底板的放样图;S6、确定锚台围板与船体外板的相交线与各肋骨型线的交点,并将各交点依次标号;S7、将锚台围板与船体外板的相交线展开放样。本发明的放样设计方法针对与主船体结构曲线型相贴合的锚台、锚链筒等结构进行精准放样,符合主船体艏部分段的建造工艺技术要求。
