The high-speed rail shock absorber comprises a shock absorption box, wherein a first elastic ring is fixedly installed on the left side of an inner cavity of the shock absorption box, a piston rod is movably connected to an inner cavity of the first elastic ring in a sleeving mode, theleft side of the piston rod penetrates through and extends to the outside of the shock absorption box, and a second elastic ring located on the right side of the first elastic ring is fixedly connected to the piston rod in a sleeving mode. According to the high-speed rail shock absorber, by arranging the first elastic ring, the second elastic ring and a third elastic ring, when one end of the piston rod receives pressure, the buffering effect on the whole device can be achieved due to the elastic effect of a first spring and a second spring, the first elastic ring, the second elastic ring andthe third elastic ring all have elasticity, vibration of the first spring and the second spring is restrained, and therefore the shock absorption effect is achieved; and in addition, by arranging balls, friction force between the second elastic ring and the inner cavity of the shock absorption box and friction force between the third elastic ring and the inner cavity of the shock absorption box are reduced, and the sensitivity of the device is improved.
