The invention discloses an environment-friendly solid tire rubber composition. According to the technical scheme, the environment-friendly solid tire rubber composition comprises main materials and auxiliary materials, the main materials comprise natural rubber and vulcanized reclaimed rubber, and the auxiliary materials comprise zinc oxide, an accelerant, an antioxidant, sulfur, an anti-aging agent, an adhesive, stearic acid, tear-resistant resin, carbon black, a softener, zinc oxide, an accelerant, a brightener and a wear-resistant agent. The environment-friendly solid tire rubber composition has the beneficial effects that zinc oxide in an appropriate proportion is added into natural rubber, so that the explosion-proof performance of a tire is greatly improved, and the safety is improved in the tire using process; the mixture of the accelerant TBSI and the accelerant TATD is added to replace a traditional anti-aging agent capable of generating carcinogenic substances, so that the solid tire rubber composition is more environment-friendly and healthier for workers producing tires; and a proper proportion of sulfur is added to improve the vulcanization performance.

    本发明公开了一种环保型实心轮胎胶料组合物,其技术方案是:包括主料和辅料,所述主料包括天然橡胶、硫化再生胶料,所述辅料包括氧化锌、促进剂、抗氧剂、硫磺、防老化剂、粘合剂、硬脂酸、抗撕裂树脂、炭黑、软化剂、氧化锌、促进剂、光亮剂和耐磨剂,一种环保型实心轮胎胶料组合物有益效果是:在天然橡胶中加适宜比例的氧化锌,使得轮胎的防爆性能大大提升,在使用轮胎过程中提高了了安全性;加入了促进剂TBSI和促进剂TATD混合物,取代了传统会产生致癌物质的防老化剂,更为环保,对生产轮胎的工人更健康;加入了适宜比例的硫磺,改善硫化性能。
