The invention provides an environment-friendly tire rubber composition which comprises the following components in parts by mass: 80-120 parts of oil-extended rubber, 1-10 parts of styrene-butadiene rubber, 20-30 parts of butadiene rubber, 10-40 parts of carbon black, 2-5 parts of zinc oxide and 1-8 parts of zinc stearate. 30-35 parts of cycloalkyl rubber oil is filled in every 100 parts of rubber. When the environment-friendly tire rubber composition adopts the components within the content range, better tires can be obtained as compared with the composition beyond the content range; and the tires have the advantages of low burnup performance, high control stability and excellent braking property. The tire product prepared by the environment-friendly tire rubber composition has low contents of PaHs and BaP, and satisfies the requirements for environmental protection.
