The invention discloses a damping tracked vehicle chassis suitable for all terrains and a tracked vehicle with the same. The tracked vehicle chassis comprises a vehicle body, a wheel carrier, a damping device and a driving device. The driving device comprises a driving wheel, a driving shaft and an adjusting wheel set. The driving wheel is connected with four motors on the front and rear of the two sides of the vehicle body and is connected with the wheel carrier. Due to the special design, the driving wheel can be used as a driving wheel and a driven wheel; the driving wheel can be immediately switched if one motor fails during working, the original driven wheel is changed into the driving wheel to continue working, and normal working of the chassis under any condition is guaranteed. Theadjusting wheel set is fixedly connected to the wheel carrier and can bear load and support a tensioning track, and the obstacle crossing inclination angle of the adjusting wheel set can be changed byadjusting the wheel set to improve the obstacle crossing capacity. According to a damping system, a tension spring is connected with a bearing wheel of the adjusting wheel set through the wheel carrier, and when a road is bumpy or the vehicle crosses an obstacle, the bearing wheel drives a small wheel carrier on the bearing wheel to move, so that the tension spring is pulled, and the excellent damping effect is achieved. Meanwhile, the positions of the tension spring and the bearing wheel are adjustable, the obstacle crossing capacity can be further improved, and all-terrain exploration is achieved. The tracked vehicle is simple in structure, low in cost, good in damping effect, capable of adapting to all terrains, long in service life, high in stability and extremely wide in applicationrange.

    本发明专利公开了一种适应全地形减震履带车底盘和具有其的履带车,所述履带车底盘包括车体、轮架、减震装置和驱动装置。驱动装置包括:驱动轮、驱动轴、调整轮组。驱动轮与车体两侧前后四个电机相连并与轮架相连,特殊设计使其既能作为主动轮又能作为从动轮,且工作时若某一电机失灵能立刻转换,原从动轮变主动轮继续工作,保证任何情况下底盘均能正常工作。调整轮组固连在轮架上既能承重又能托住张紧履带,通过对轮组的调整可以改变其越障倾角增加越障能力。减震系统为拉簧通过轮架与调整轮组的承重轮相连,道路崎岖不平时或越障时,承重轮带动其上的小轮架运动使拉簧受拉能起到极佳的减震效果。同时拉簧、承重轮位置可调,可进一步增加越障能力实现全地形探索。本履带车结构简单成本低廉,减震效果好能适应全地形,使用寿命长稳定性高,应用范围极广。
