According to the invention, the automatic drawing of the basic drawing is realized, drawing personnel are prevented from drawing train running tracks one by one, and the basic drawing which has feasibility and meets use requirements is formed; according to the invention, an automatic conflict detection function for the running chart is realized, and corresponding prompts and processing suggestions are given to operators; according to the invention, an automatic adjustment function of the basic drawing is realized, and a mapping person can flexibly adjust and optimize the basic drawing. Projects including train morning and evening peak stop time, turn-back operation time adjustment, driving interval adjustment, operation route change and the like are completed on line.
