The invention provides a 5G + mobile intelligent inspection parking management method. Through the 5G technology, the information obtained by a carrier is uploaded in real time, vehicle information isrecognized at the cloud end, and the parking space, the parking information and the time are made to correspond to one another so as to calculate the parking information. And when the unique identifier of the parking space cannot be collected, the corresponding parking position is determined by utilizing the parking information of the adjacent position and the GPS position information, so that the information of the parking space is effectively determined. And when the information of a front license plate and a rear license plate of parking cannot be collected under the extreme condition, analarm is given to prompt manual intervention so as to determine the related extreme condition. Meanwhile, an electric vehicle is adopted as the carrier, so that the working intensity of a toll collector is reduced, a power supply can be effectively provided for acquisition equipment, and the investment cost on the premise of wiring and the like is avoided.
本发明设计的5G+移动智慧巡检停车管理方法,通过5G的技术,实时上传载具获得的信息,在云端识别车辆信息,并将停车位、泊车信息以及时间相互对应从而计算停车信息。而当无法采集到停车位的唯一标识,利用相邻位置的泊车信息以及GPS位置信息确定对应的泊车位置,从而有效的确定停车位的信息。而当出现极端情况下泊车的前后号牌信息都无法采集时,产生报警,提示人工干预,以确定相关的极端情况。同时本发明还提出的采用电动车辆作为载具,不但降低了收费员的工作强度,还能有效的为采集设备提供电源,避免了布线等前提投入成本。
