The flaw detection sensor is installed on the sensor installation unit, the sensor installation unit is installed on the translation plate in a suspended mode, and centering adjustment of the flaw detection sensor is achieved through the transverse adjusting mechanism. One end of the first lifting mechanism is mounted on the translation plate, and the other end of the first lifting mechanism is connected to the sensor mounting unit. The rail leaning wheel is installed on the rail leaning wheel installation unit, the rail leaning wheel installation unit is installed on the translation plate in a hanging mode, and theflaw detection sensors are installed on the two sides of the rail leaning wheel in a hanging mode. One end of the second lifting mechanism is mounted on the translation plate, and the other end of thesecond lifting mechanism is connected to the rail wheel mounting unit. The technical problem that an existing flaw detection device cannot accurately and positively press the center of the steel rail, the flaw detection bottom wave loss phenomenon is likely to happen, and therefore the detection effect is poor can be solved.

    本发明公开了一种探伤装置,平移板可活动地安装于承载框架上,承载框架可活动地安装于安装框架上。横向调节机构一端安装于承载框架,另一端连接于平移板上。探伤传感器安装于传感器安装单元上,传感器安装单元悬挂安装于平移板上,通过横向调节机构实现探伤传感器对中调节。第一升降机构一端安装于平移板,另一端连接至传感器安装单元。靠轨轮安装于靠轨轮安装单元上,靠轨轮安装单元悬挂安装于平移板上,探伤传感器悬挂安装于靠轨轮两侧。第二升降机构一端安装于平移板,另一端连接至靠轨轮安装单元。本发明能解决现有探伤装置不能精准地正压于钢轨中心,容易出现探伤底波丢失现象,从而导致检测效果不良的技术问题。
