The invention discloses a flaw detection device which comprises a mounting frame, a translation plate, a transverse adjusting mechanism, a bearing frame, a sensor mounting unit, a flaw detection sensor and a lifting mechanism. The bearing frame is arranged on the mounting frame, and the translation plate is mounted on the bearing frame. One end of the transverse adjusting mechanism is installed onthe bearing frame, the other end of the transverse adjusting mechanism is connected to the translation plate, and the translation plate can move transversely on the bearing frame under pushing of thetransverse adjusting mechanism. The flaw detection sensor is mounted on the sensor mounting unit, and the sensor mounting unit is mounted on the translation plate in a suspended manner. One end of the lifting mechanism is mounted on the translation plate, and the other end is connected to the sensor mounting unit. Centering adjustment of the flaw detection sensor is achieved through the transverse adjusting mechanism, and lifting and pressing of the flaw detection sensor are achieved through the lifting mechanism. The technical problem that an existing flaw detection device detection wheel cannot accurately and positively press the center of a steel rail, flaw detection bottom waves are prone to being lost, and therefore the detection effect is poor can be solved.
本发明公开了一种探伤装置,包括:安装框架、平移板、横向调节机构、承载框架、传感器安装单元、探伤传感器及升降机构。承载框架设置于安装框架上,平移板安装于承载框架上。横向调节机构的一端安装于承载框架,另一端连接于平移板上,平移板能在横向调节机构的推动下在承载框架上沿横向移动。探伤传感器安装于传感器安装单元上,传感器安装单元悬挂安装于平移板上。升降机构的一端安装于平移板,另一端连接至传感器安装单元。通过横向调节机构实现探伤传感器对中调节,通过升降机构实现探伤传感器升降和下压。本发明能解决现有探伤装置探轮不能精准正压于钢轨中心,容易出现探伤底波丢失,从而导致检测效果不良的技术问题。
