The invention discloses an upper cross beam and diversion sheave structure of an elevator. The upper cross beam and diversion sheave structure is particularly suitable for a right-angle door opening elevator. The upper cross beam and diversion sheave structure comprises an upper cross beam and a diversion sheave, wherein the upper cross beam comprises an upper cross beam body and an installation connecting plate; the diversion sheave comprises a diversion sheave beam and a diversion sheave body; the upper cross beam and the diversion sheave are connected into a whole through the upper cross beam body, the installation connecting plate and the diversion sheave beam; the diversion sheave beam is located below the upper cross beam body; the upper cross beam body and the diversion sheave beamintersect in an X shape; the intersection point of the upper cross beam body and the diversion sheave beam is a hanging point of the elevator; the position of the hanging point can be changed by adjusting the connecting position of the upper cross beam body and the diversion sheave beam; the distance between the hanging point and the gravity center of a lift car is changed by adjusting the position of the hanging point; and the smaller the distance between the hanging point and the gravity center of the lift car is, the more the lift car tends to be balanced. The upper cross beam and diversionsheave structure is high in applicability, so that the right-angle door opening elevator operates more safely and reliably, and the user experience effect is good.
