The displacement sensor is in contact with the diversion sheave to detect the moving condition of the axial position of the diversion sheave in real time; the microswitch is used for monitoring displacement of the retaining plate of the diversion sheave shaft, and the microswitch is in contact with the retaining plate; the electronic velocimeter is used for monitoring the running speed of the elevator; the signal processor is used for sorting the signals acquired by the sensors and outputting action signals; damage conditions of a bearing and a shaft of the counterweight diversion sheave can be found in time, further deterioration of the situation is avoided, electric signals are transmitted to a safety loop of an elevator control circuit, the elevator running state can be stopped within the shortest time, a traction steel rope is prevented from continuously running, and safety of personnel and goods in an elevator car is protected.
