An input and output shaft combination and an assembling method thereof relate to the technical field of automobile electric steering devices and comprise an input shaft, an output shaft, a sliding bearing and a torsion bar, a spline shaft is integrally formed at the upper end of the input shaft, and a blind hole allowing the torsion bar to be inserted into is formed in the upper end of the splineshaft. The output shaft is provided with a through hole for the torsion bar to penetrate in in the axial direction, the upper portion of the spline shaft is annularly provided with a step, the lower end of the output shaft is provided with a step surface matched with the step, the circumferential surface of the upper end of the torsion bar is provided with an upper outer spline, and the circumferential surface of the lower end of the torsion bar is provided with a lower outer spline. The inner wall of the through hole is provided with a section of upper positioning hole which is used for pressing and clamping the upper outer spline and has the inner diameter smaller than that of the through hole, and the inner wall of the blind hole is provided with a section of lower positioning hole which is used for pressing and clamping the lower outer spline and has the inner diameter smaller than that of the blind hole; and the outer wall surface of the sliding bearing is connected with the innerwall surface of the through hole in an interference fit mode and is in clearance fit with the spline shaft. The number of parts can be reduced, cost is decreased, and assembling is convenient.
一种输入输出轴组合及其装配方法,涉及汽车电动转向装置技术领域,其包括输入轴、输出轴、滑动的轴承和扭力杆,输入轴的上端一体成型有花键轴,花键轴的上端开设有用于供扭力杆插入的盲孔,输出轴沿轴向开设有用于供扭力杆穿入的通孔,花键轴的上部环形设置有台阶,输出轴的下端设有与台阶相配合的台阶面,扭力杆上端的周面上设有上外花键、下端的周面上设有下外花键,通孔内壁上设有一段用于压装卡入上外花键且内径小于通孔内径的上定位孔,盲孔的内壁上设有一段用于压装卡入下外花键且内径小于盲孔内径的下定位孔,滑动轴承的外壁面与通孔内壁面采用过盈配合连接并与所述花键轴间隙配合。本发明可减少零部件的数量,降低成本,并且装配方便。
