The invention relates to a transmission shaft middle power output split type connecting structure and an assembling method, the transmission shaft middle power output split type connecting structure comprises a power output flange, two sets of locking rings and an inner ring, the matching surfaces of the power output flange, the locking rings and the inner ring are conical surfaces and are each divided into two sections, and the two sections of power output flanges are fixedly connected through connecting bolts; when the power output flange is connected with the transmission shaft, the power output flange, the locking rings and the inner ring are sequentially spliced and arranged on the transmission shaft in a nested mode, and the two sets of locking rings are connected through locking bolts. When the locking bolts are tightened, the two sets of locking rings move towards the middle along the axis of the transmission shaft, the power output flange is tensioned by the outer circular surfaces of the locking rings and the transmission shaft is tightly held by the inner ring pressed by the inner circular surfaces of the locking rings through conical surface matching, so that the power output flange is fixedly connected with the transmission shaft; when the transmission shaft middle power output split type connecting structure is assembled, any connecting structure of an original transmission shaft does not need to be disassembled, and the transmission shaft middle power output split type connecting structure has the advantages of being small in construction work amount, short in period, reliable in transmission connection and large in output torque.

    一种传动轴中部动力输出分瓣式连接结构及装配方法,包括动力输出法兰、两套锁紧环、内环,动力输出法兰、锁紧环、内环配合面均为圆锥面,且均分割为两瓣,两瓣动力输出法兰通过连接螺栓固定连接;动力输出法兰与传动轴连接时,动力输出法兰、锁紧环、内环依次拼接、嵌套设置在传动轴上,两套锁紧环通过锁紧螺栓连接;拧紧锁紧螺栓时,两套锁紧环沿传动轴轴线向中间移动,利用圆锥面配合,锁紧环外圆面涨紧动力输出法兰,锁紧环内圆面压迫内环抱紧传动轴,实现动力输出法兰与传动轴固定连接;该传动轴中部动力输出分瓣式连接结构装配时,不用拆卸原传动轴的任何连接结构,具有施工工程量小、周期短、传动连接可靠、输出扭矩大的优点。
