The system comprises abox-shaped shell, a control system, a main transmission system and an internal executing mechanism, wherein the box-shaped shell plays a role in protecting the interior of the box-shaped shell; the control system enables the system to be automatically controlled; the main transmission system is used for transmitting power to realize movement of the mechanical claw; and the internal executing mechanism is used to locking and unlocking themechanical claw; the shell accommodates and supports the control system, the main transmission system and the internal actuating mechanism; and the control system is a closed space which has an explosion-proof characteristic and is composed of steel plates on the periphery. The system can automatically control and realize the functions of feeler lever capture, quick mooring, straightening and feeler lever release of the shipboard helicopter, plays a key role in guaranteeing safe landing and flying of the shipboard helicopter, optimizes a transmission scheme under the condition of meeting related performance indexes, realizes electrification of a power system, and can be adapted to more types of unmanned aerial vehicles including unmanned aerial vehicles.
