The invention provides a water-air amphibious variable-wing type unmanned aerial vehicle which comprises a vehicle body, two vehicle arms, two first overturning parts, two outer ducts, two first driving parts, two first propellers, two second driving parts and two second propellers, and the first overturning parts are fixed to the ends, extending out of the two sides of the vehicle body, of the two vehicle arms correspondingly; the first overturning part can control the two outer ducts to rotate around the corresponding duct rotating shafts, so that the orientations of the first propellers inthe two outer ducts are adjusted, and when the outer ducts rotate to the vertical orientation, the first propellers rotate to control take-off and landing of the unmanned aerial vehicle, and the unmanned aerial vehicle can fly in the air in cooperation with the second propellers. and when the outer duct rotates to the horizontal direction, the unmanned aerial vehicle can be driven to dive in waterthrough rotation of the first propeller after diving in water, the posture of the unmanned aerial vehicle can be adjusted in water in cooperation with the second propeller, limitation to the unmannedaerial vehicle in water is reduced, and high practicability is achieved.

    本发明提供一种水空两栖变翼式无人机,其包括机体、两个机臂、两个第一翻转部件、两个外涵道、两个第一驱动部件、两个第一螺旋桨、两个第二驱动部件和两个第二螺旋桨,其机体两侧伸出的两个机臂的端部都固定有第一翻转部件,第一翻转部件可以控制两个外涵道围绕相应的涵道转轴转动,从而调整两个外涵道内部的第一螺旋桨的朝向,当外涵道转动至竖直朝向时,第一螺旋桨转动可以控制无人机的起飞和降落,配合第二螺旋桨可以使无人机在空中飞行;当外涵道转动至水平朝向时,无人机潜入水中后可以通过第一螺旋桨转动带动无人机在水中潜行,并且配合第二螺旋桨可以使无人机在水中调整姿态,减小无人机在水中受到的限制,具备很好的实用性。
