The invention discloses a PMNT ultrasonic deicing transducer based on front-end and rear-end vibration velocity optimization. The PMNT ultrasonic deicing transducer comprises a front cover plate and arear cover plate, the PMNT ultrasonic deicing transducer further comprises two piezoelectric patches which are arranged between the front cover plate and the rear cover plate in a clamped mode, electrode plates are arranged between the front cover plate and the piezoelectric patches, between the two piezoelectric patches and between the rear cover plate and the piezoelectric patches in a cushioned mode, through concentric circular holes are formed in the rear cover plate, the piezoelectric patches and the electrode plates, threaded holes corresponding to the concentric circular holes are formed in one face, facing the electrode plates, of the front cover plate, the concentric circular holes and the threaded holes are sequentially connected to form a connection channel, and a bolt enters the connecting channel in direction of the rear cover plate and is in threaded connection with the threaded holes. The PMNT ultrasonic deicing transducer has the design advantages of being stable in output, large in power capacity and the like, meanwhile, optimal designing is carried out on the overall structure of the transducer, the size and the weight of the sandwich type piezoelectric transducer are greatly reduced, and meanwhile, sound waves generated by vibration of the piezoelectric patches directly enter the interior of a skin through motor pieces, so that the loss of ultrasonic energyis greatly reduced.
本发明公开了一种基于前后端振速优化的PMNT超声波除冰换能器,包括前盖板和后盖板;还包括夹设在前盖板和后盖板之间的两块压电片;前盖板与压电片之间、两块压电片之间以及后盖板与压电片之间均垫设有电极片;后盖板、压电片和电极片均开设有贯通的同心圆孔,前盖板朝向电极片的一面开设有与同心圆孔对应的螺纹孔,同心圆孔和螺纹孔依次相连形成衔接通道;螺栓由后盖板方向进入衔接通道,并与螺纹孔螺纹连接。本发明具有输出稳定、功率容量大等设计优点的同时,对换能器的整体结构进行优化设计,使夹心式压电换能器的体积和重量大大减小,同时,压电片振动产生的声波通过电机片直接进入蒙皮内部,超声能量的损耗大大减少。
