The invention belongs to the technical field of water quality detection, and discloses an unmanned ship-based water quality detection system, which comprises an unmanned ship walking in a to-be-detected water area and a navigation positioning module arranged on the unmanned ship, and the unmanned ship is further provided with a water sample collection module, a water quality detection module, a water quality analysis module and a control module. According to the unmanned ship-based water quality detection system, the water sample collection module, the water quality detection module, the waterquality analysis module and the control module are arranged on the unmanned ship, the water sample collection module collects a water sample, the water quality detection module detects the water sample to obtain detection data, and the water quality analysis module analyzes the detection data to obtain a water quality analysis result; finally, the result is uploaded to a remote monitoring centerthrough the control module, workers do not need to go to the site, and the personal safety of the workers can be effectively guaranteed; sampling, detection and analysis are completed on site in realtime, the period is short, timeliness is high, and data reliability and accuracy can be improved.
