The invention discloses a lazy arm anti-falling device used for a rotary crane, and relates to the technical field of rotary cranes. The lazy arm anti-falling device comprises a mounting rack, a set of anti-falling steel wire ropes, a set of buffering pieces and a set of fastening pieces. The mounting rack comprises a mounting sleeve, the mounting sleeve is of a semicircular barrel structure, a mounting plate is fixed to the outer side of the mounting sleeve, supporting edges are fixed to the two ends of the mounting plate, and winches are fixed to the two sides of the upper portion of the mounting plate. The winches are arranged on the two sides of the rear portion of a tower body through the mounting rack, meanwhile, the anti-falling steel wire ropes can be guided and straightened through guiding of longitudinal guiding pieces and transverse guiding pieces, one end of each anti-falling steel wire rope is mounted at the end, away from the tower body, of a lazy arm body, synchronous operation of a double-head motor is guaranteed in the amplitude-variable winch operation process, normal use of the lazy arm is not influenced, meanwhile, if the lazy arm falls off, tension can be provided for the end of the lazy arm through the tension of the anti-falling steel wire ropes, an anti-falling function can be achieved, and the safety of the rotary crane is improved.

    本发明公开了一种用于回转起重机的吊臂防脱装置,涉及回转起重机技术领域。本发明包括安装架、一组防脱钢丝绳、一组缓冲件和一组紧固件,安装架包括安装套,安装套为半圆形桶体结构,安装套外侧固定有安装板,安装板两端均固定有支沿,安装板上部两侧均固定有绞盘。本发明通过安装架在塔体后部两侧设置绞盘,同时通过纵向导线件和横向导线件的导线能够实现防脱钢丝绳的导向和摆直,将防脱钢丝绳一端安装在吊臂本体远离塔体一端,在变幅绞车运行的过程中保证双头电机同步运行,不影响吊臂的正常使用,同时若吊臂出现脱落的情况下,通过防脱钢丝绳的拉力能够为吊臂端部提供拉力,能够起到防脱的作用,提高回转起重机的安全性。
