The external wind speed and wind direction can be monitored in real time through a wind speed and wind direction sensor, when it is monitored that the external wind speed is large, the wind speed and wind direction sensor can send wind speed and wind direction signals to a PLC at the same time, after the PLC analyzes and processes the signals, a servo motor can be started to drive a moving box to move between the upper connecting body and the lower connecting body, a nozzle is located in the same direction as the wind direction, then the servo motor is stopped, an air pump is started, the nozzle sprays air flow with the speed equal to the wind speed, and the situation that when external wind is large, the hook shakes, and consequently safety accidents are caused is avoided.

    本发明涉及起重机技术领域,且公开了一种防脱落的起重机挂钩,包括防脱挂钩本体,所述防脱挂钩本体的上方从上到下依次设有上连接体和下连接体,所述上连接体和所述下连接体的相对侧均开设有凹槽;通过风速风向传感器可以实时监测外界的风速和风向,当监测到外界的风速较大的时候,此时风速风向传感器会将风速和风向信号同时发送给PLC控制器,PLC控制器经过分析处理后,会启动伺服电机带动移动盒在上连接体和下连接体之间移动,并使喷嘴处于与风向相同的方向上,然后停止伺服电机,并启动气泵,使喷嘴喷出与风速相等的气流,避免外界风较大的时候,导致挂钩出现晃动,从而造成安全事故的情况。
