The invention provides a control device and equipment for laying a spacecraft thermal insulation material. The control device for laying the spacecraft thermal insulation material comprises a feedingmechanism, a tensioning mechanism, a sensor and a fixed seat, the feeding mechanism and the tensioning mechanism are located on the same surface of the fixed seat and are arranged at an interval, thefeeding mechanism comprises at least one material shaft wound with a thermal insulation material, and the thermal insulation material is output through rotation of the material shaft; the tensioning mechanism is used for controlling the tensioning degree of the thermal insulation material; the sensor is used for detecting the output quantity of the thermal insulation material in unit time; and during work, the output direction of the thermal insulation material is the same as the direction of the thermal insulation material passing through the tensioning mechanism. Through cooperation of the feeding mechanism and the sensor, it is guaranteed that the amount of thermal insulation material output in unit time is approximately equal to the amount of the thermal insulation material laid in unit time, and therefore output of the thermal insulation material is accurately controlled in real time.

    本发明提供一种用于铺设航天器隔热材料的控制装置及设备,所述用于铺设航天器隔热材料的控制装置包括送料机构、张紧机构、传感器及固定座,送料机构与张紧机构位于固定座的同一表面且相距设置,送料机构包括至少一个缠绕隔热材料的料轴,通过料轴的转动,输出隔热材料;张紧机构用于控制隔热材料的张紧程度;传感器用于检测单位时间内隔热材料的输出量;在工作时,隔热材料的输出方向与隔热材料通过张紧机构时的方向相同。本发明通过送料机构与传感器的协同配合,保证单位时间内输出隔热材料量与单位时间内铺设隔热材料量大致相等,从而实现精确、实时控制隔热材料的输出。
