The invention provides a thermal control device for a spacecraft and the spacecraft, the thermal control device is provided with a phase change cabin, the phase change cabin is filled with a phase change material, and heat transfer is performed between the phase change cabin and a load through a heat pipe and/or a fluid loop during phase change by utilizing the heat storage characteristic of the phase change material; at least one side wall, exposed in the space environment, of the phase change cabin is covered with a radiation heat dissipation coating, so that heat of the phase change material is radiated to the space environment through the radiation heat dissipation coating, and the thermal control requirements of high heat consumption and multiple loads are met; through heat transfer between the phase change material and the load, when the load is in a non-working state, heat of the phase change material can be absorbed so as to reduce compensation power consumption needed in the non-working state.

    本申请提供了一种航天器用热控装置和航天器,其中设置有相变舱,相变舱的内部填充有相变材料,利用相变材料的储热特性,使其在相态变化时与载荷之间通过热管和/或流体回路进行热量传递,另外,相变舱的暴露在太空环境中的至少一个侧壁覆盖有辐射散热涂层,使相变材料的热量透过辐射散热涂层向所述太空环境进行辐射,满足高热耗多载荷的热控需求;通过相变材料与载荷之间的热量传递,当载荷处于非工作状态时,能够吸收相变材料的热量以减少在非工作状态所需的补偿功耗。
