The platform comprises a base, a ball pair correction assembly, a plurality of uniformly arranged stay wire drivers, an imaging system assembly and a gyroscope sensor, the ball pair correction assembly comprises an outer ring fixedly installed on thebase and an inner ring connected with the outer ring through a ball pair. The stay wire driver comprises an execution motor fixed to the base or the outer ring, a speed reduction mechanism rotationally connected with an output shaft of the execution motor, a linear guide rail connected with the speed reduction mechanism, and a stay wire with the two ends fixed to the linear guide rail and the inner ring correspondingly. Rapid adjustment of the posture of the imaging system assembly is achieved through cooperation of the length variation of the pull wires, the rotational inertia is small, the loading capacity is high, the response speed is high, and the control precision is high. By adopting the high-precision stay wire driver, the influence of vibration, impact, wind resistance and other external disturbances on the system is reduced, and the optical visual axis stability and target tracking of the system are realized.
