The invention relates to a driving device suitable for robot leg joint movement, which comprises a motor (1), a box body (2), a transmission part (3), a lead screw (4) and a steel sleeve (5), and relates to a robot thigh part which comprises a base joint assembly (7), a thigh assembly (8) and a pin shaft (9). The two sets of lead screws (4), the two sets of motors (1) and the two sets of transmission components (3) are installed on the two connectors of the box body (2) respectively to form the integrated driving device (6). Through the reinforced design of the structure of the driving device,the driving device can provide enough and balanced power for joint movement of robot legs on the premise that the small size and light weight are guaranteed; and the overall rigidity of the legs canbe improved, so that the legs are prevented from deforming when the robot walks, and the accuracy and stability of leg movement of the robot are guaranteed.

    本发明涉及一种适用于机器人腿部关节运动的驱动装置,包括电机(1)、箱体(2)、传动部件(3)、丝杠(4)和钢套(5),涉及的机器人大腿部件包括基节总成(7)、大腿总成(8)、销轴(9)。丝杠(4)、电机(1)和传动部件(3)各有两套,分别安装在箱体(2)的两个接口上组成一体式驱动装置(6),本发明通过对驱动装置结构的强化设计,使得该驱动装置在保证体积小、轻量化的前提下,既能为机器人腿部的关节运动提供足够并且均衡的动力,又能提高腿部的整体刚度,从而使机器人在行走运动时避免了腿部变形,保证了其腿部运动的准确性及稳定性。
