The invention relates to the technical field of road and bridge maintenance and reconstruction engineering, in particular to a rail-mounted pier reconstruction device and a construction method thereof. The construction method comprises the following steps that S1, two sets of half frame bodies of a construction hanging bracket are placed on the ground on the two sides of a steel truss girder, anda walking mechanism is moved to the position above the set of construction hanging bracket; S2, the two sets of semi-frame bodies are hoisted to the set height through two sets of hoisting devices, then the walking mechanism is moved to the installation position of the construction hanging bracket, and the center lines of the two sets of semi-frame bodies coincide with the center line of a pier; S3, two sets of hoisting tools are oppositely moved on a rail, the two sets of half frame bodies are spliced, and the spliced half frame bodies are placed on the pier in a sleeving manner; and S4, connection between the hoisting devices and the half frame bodies is removed, and the step S1-S3 is repeated to install the next construction hanging bracket. The problems that in the prior art, a construction hanging bracket is small in structural rigidity, small in load bearing capacity, limited in operation space and low in mounting and dismounting work efficiency can be solved.

    本发明涉及路桥梁维修改造工程技术领域,具体涉及一种轨行式桥墩改造装置及其施工方法,该施工方法包括以下步骤:S1:将一施工吊架的两组半架体放置在钢桁梁两侧的地面上,并移动走行机构至一组施工吊架上方;S2:利用两组起吊装置将两组半架体起吊至设定高度,再将走行机构移动至施工吊架安装位置,使两组所述半架体的中心线与桥墩中心线重合;S3:在轨道上相向移动两组起吊装,对两组所述半架体进行拼接,并在拼接后下放套设在桥墩上;S4:解除起吊装置与半架体的连接,重复步骤S1‑S3安装下一施工吊架。能够解决现有技术中的施工吊架结构刚度小,承受荷载能力小,作业空间有限,安装拆除工效低的问题。
