The invention relates to a high-pier pier top 0 # block bracket prepressing device and a construction method. The pre-pressing device comprises two pre-pressing units symmetrically installed on the two sides of the high pier. The pre-pressing unit comprises a winch, a concrete bracket, a reaction frame, a steering pulley A, a steering pulley B, a steering pulley C and a water storage tank. A distributive girder A is mounted on the concrete bracket; a distributive girder B is mounted on the reaction frame; a plurality of fixed pulleys A and fixed pulleys B are respectively arranged on the distributive girder A and the distributive girder B at intervals along the length direction; the deflecting pulley A is installed on the top of the high pier, and the deflecting pulley B is installed on the side part of the top of the high pier and located above the concrete bracket. The steering pulley C is mounted at the side part of the high pier and is positioned between the concrete bracket and the reaction frame; the device can easily control the prepressing load balance of the two sides of the pier stud, the loading position is accurately controlled by adjusting the positions of the fixed pulleys, and the distribution of actual loads on a concrete bracket can be better simulated.

    本发明涉及一种高墩墩顶0#块托架预压的装置及施工方法,包括对称安装在高墩两侧的两个预压单元,所述预压单元包括卷扬机、混凝土托架、反力架、转向滑轮A、转向滑轮B、转向滑轮C、储水箱,混凝土托架上安装有分配梁A,反力架上安装有分配梁B,分配梁A、分配梁B上沿长度方向分别间隔安装若干定滑轮A、定滑轮B,转向滑轮A安装在高墩墩顶上、转向滑轮B安装在高墩墩顶的侧部并位于混凝土托架上方,转向滑轮C安装在高墩侧部并位于混凝土托架与反力架之间,储水箱悬挂在扬机的钢丝绳末端,本装置能够轻松地控制墩柱两侧的预压载荷平衡性,通过调整定滑轮的位置准确控制加载位置,可以更好地模拟混凝土托架上实际荷载的分布。
