The invention discloses an impeller, relates to a key core technology of hydrodynamic force generation of a water-jet propeller, and aims to eliminate cavitation of a flow field in a pump body, further convert shaft power to the maximum extent and improve axial force. The efficiency of the water jet propeller is improved by 90% or above, and it is possible to further improve the energy efficiencyratio of a ship. The impeller comprises a blade hub with a wing-shaped circumferential surface and a plurality of blades distributed along the circumference of the blade hub. According to a model testresult, the impeller technology is driven by a prime mover shaft to generate rotational flow in a pump body flow field, and the rotational flow is increased in flow speed through the center of the circumferential surface of the airfoil profile of the impeller hub and is in a diffusion shape to restrain cavitation; besides, the attack angles of the blades are designed into circular arcs, so that the water breaking of the blades in the flow field of the pump body is smoother, and the departure angles of the blades are designed into the same circular arcs, so that the rotational flow entering the rectifying body becomes smooth.
叶轮,涉及喷水推进器的水动力发生的关键核心技术,旨在消除泵体内流场的空泡发生,进而最大程度的转换轴功率,提高轴向力。本发明使得喷水推进器的效率提高90%以上,进一步改善船舶的能效比成为可能。所提出的实现这一叶轮包括:一个拥有翼型圆周面的叶毂,若干沿叶毂圆周分布的叶片。根据模型试验结果,所述叶轮技术在原动机轴的驱动下在泵体流场内产生旋转流,该旋转流,经叶毂翼型圆周面中心流速提高,并呈扩散状遏制空泡的发生;另外,叶片攻角具有圆弧设计,该设计使叶片在泵体流场内破水更加顺滑,叶片的离去角也具有相同的圆弧设计,使进入整流体的旋转流也变得顺滑。
