The embodiment of the invention provides a charging control method and automobile control equipment, and the method comprises the steps: detecting whether the remaining electric quantity of a storagebattery is smaller than or equal to a low-electric-quantity preset threshold or not when a vehicle is detected to be in an idling condition and there is no power generation fault in the vehicle, and if the remaining electric quantity is smaller than or equal to the low-electric-quantity preset threshold, controlling an engine of the vehicle to increase the idling speed, so that the engine rapidlycharges the storage battery through the generator. The storage battery lower than a low-electric-quantity preset threshold value can be rapidly charged under the condition that an existing generator is not changed, electricity shortage and rapid aging of the storage battery are avoided, and the service life of the storage battery is prolonged; and hardware equipment does not need to be added or replaced, so that the cost is low.

    本发明实施例提供一种充电控制方法及汽车控制设备,该方法包括:在检测到车辆处于怠速工况且车辆不存在发电故障时,检测蓄电池的剩余电量是否小于或等于低电量预设阈值,若所述剩余电量小于或等于所述低电量预设阈值,则控制车辆的发动机提升怠速转速,以使所述发动机通过发电机为所述蓄电池快速充电,能够在不改变现有发电机的情况下,对低于低电量预设阈值的蓄电池进行快速充电,避免蓄电池的亏电及快速老化,提高蓄电池的使用寿命,且不需要增加或更换硬件设备,成本较低。
