The invention relates to a booster and a vehicle. The booster comprises a valve body; a diaphragm disc fixed on the valve body; a return elastic piece which comprises a main body fixed on the diaphragm disc and a plurality of elastic sheets formed by outwards inclining and extending from the periphery of the main body. When the booster is braked, the plurality of elastic sheets are bent and deformed; and when the brake is released, the plurality of elastic sheets generate elastic restoring force to enable the booster to return. In the structure, the return elastic piece used by the booster isthe spiral-free return elastic piece, and the spiral-free return elastic piece comprises the plurality of elastic sheets, so that the noise generated by the resonance of a spiral spring can be weakened, and the elastic force can be uniformly distributed, so that the durability and the service life of the return elastic piece and the booster can be improved.
