The invention discloses an operation method for a pedal simulation mechanism, and the method comprises the steps: a first elastic member, a second elastic member and a third elastic member provide a feedback force according to the stress when a pedal continuously applies an acting force to an input push rod or suddenly and rapidly applies the acting force to the input push rod; a brake function ofsimulating a pedal is provided to a driver; three elastic members jointly act to achieve the reset function under the condition that the pedal is not stressed, the process of gradually providing thrust according to the pedal comprises three stages in total, and therefore when the driver steps on the pedal, the three elastic members gradually provide feedback force in total; and feedback force isprogressively increased step by step, so that the brake force simulated by the pedal is more real and reliable, and the force transmission is more stable.

    本发明公开了一种踏板模拟机构的运行方法,在该运行方法中,踏板向输入推杆持续施加作用力或突然急促的施加作用力的时候,能够由第一弹性构件、第二弹性构件、第三弹性构件根据受力而提供反馈力,并向驾驶员提供模拟踏板制动感的功能,且在踏板不受力情况下由三个弹性构件共同作用实现复位功能,根据踏板逐渐提供推力的过程中共包括三个阶段,使得在驾驶员踩踏踏板时,总共有三个弹性构件逐步提供反馈力,且反馈力逐级递增,使得踏板模拟的制动感更为真实可靠,力的传递更为平稳。
