The invention relates to the technical field of intelligent transportation, and discloses a traffic organization method and device based on an urban road reversible lane, computer equipment and a computer readable storage medium. Through the creation of the invention, based on Internet data and big data computing power, a universal road network topological structure is combined with an exhaustionalgorithm to first estimate the road section all-day flow ratio unequality coefficient when each exhaustion reversible lane scheme is implemented, and finally, the reversible lane scheme correspondingto the minimum road section all-day flow ratio unequality coefficient is taken as an optimal reversible lane scheme which can minimize the severity of the flow ratio unequality in a first direction and a second direction in the whole day. Thus, the urban road traffic situation can be identified and analyzed, the optimal time-phased reversible lane scheme under the full space-time condition is obtained, maximization of the implementation effect can be ensured, and practical application and popularization are facilitated.

    本发明涉及智能交通技术领域,公开了一种基于城市道路可逆车道的交通组织方法、装置、计算机设备及计算机可读存储介质。通过本发明创造,可以基于互联网数据以及大数据计算能力,在普适性的路网拓扑结构上结合穷举算法,先预算出实施各个穷举的可逆车道方案时的路段全天流量比不均等系数,最后将与最小的路段全天流量比不均等系数对应的可逆车道方案,作为会导致全天内在所述第一方向与所述第二方向上车流量比不均等的严重程度最小化的最优可逆车道方案,进而可对城市的道路交通情况进行识别和分析,得到全时空条件下最优的分时段可逆车道方案,可确保实施效果的最大化,便于实际应用和推广。
