The parachute opening buffer mechanism comprises the unmanned aerial vehicle; a cover plate groove is formed in the top of the unmanned aerial vehicle, a parachute cabin is arranged in the unmanned aerial vehicle, the cover plate groove is communicated with the parachute cabin, and a cabin cover is hinged to the top of the cover plate groove; a driving assembly used for opening the cabin cover is arranged on the inner wall of the bottom of the cover plate groove, a plurality of first springs are distributed on the inner wall of the bottom of the parachute cabin at equal intervals, the tops of the multiple first springs are fixedly connected with the same moving plate, and the top of the moving plate is fixedly connected with a parachute pack. The parachute is thrown out from above in an upcast opening manner, so that parachute cord is prevented from being wound on the unmanned aerial vehicle under the influence of airflow, and flight accidents of the unmanned aerial vehicle are avoided; the elastic cushion is ejected from the lower portion throughthe second spring while the parachute pack is thrown out, so that a certain buffering is achieved when the unmanned aerial vehicle lands, and the unmanned aerial vehicle is prevented from making direct contact with the ground and being damaged.
