Fault occurrence, the unmanned aerial vehicle flight motor fails and is powered off; the electromagnet is powered off to lose magnetic force; under the acting force of the torsion spring and the first spring, the sealing cover is separated from the storage pipe, and the first electric contact is electrically connected with the second electric contact; when the unmanned aerial vehicle breaks down, the fan is started to work. Meanwhile, in the falling process of the unmanned aerial vehicle, air enters the storage pipe from the air suction hood, parachute cloth of the parachute is blown out of the storage pipe under the flowing acting force of the air in the fan and the air suction hood and then is unfolded, and therefore the problem that the parachute is automatically unfolded when the unmanned aerial vehicle breaks down is solved.
