The invention relates to the technical field of automobile brake equipment, and discloses a brake device for an automobile brake system. The brake device comprises a brake disc; the left and right sides of the top of the outer surface of the brake disc are respectively provided with a group of mounting brackets; the two sides of the interior of each mounting bracket are respectively and fixedly provided with a group of adjusting sleeves; movable frame plates are fixedly connected to the inner walls of the mounting brackets through adjusting sleeves, and the tops of the two sets of mounting brackets are in transmission connection through a reset spring. According to the brake device for the automobile brake system, by setting the variable quantity of the magnetic force generated by the electromagnetic induction coil to the adjusting piston due to abrasion of the variable resistance carbon plate and the elastic modulus of the reset spring, the gap between the brake disc and the frictionplate on the brake device is adjusted due to abrasion of the variable-resistance carbon plate and is kept the same in size all the time, and therefore, the precision of adjusting the gap between the brake disc and the friction plate through the adjusting sleeve and the structure on the adjusting sleeve is effectively improved.

    本发明涉及汽车制动设备技术领域,且公开了一种汽车制动系统用刹车装置,包括刹车盘,所述刹车盘外表面顶部的左右两侧分别设有一组安装支架,所述安装支架内部的两侧分别固定安装有一组调整套筒,所述安装支架的内壁通过调整套筒固定连接有活动架板,且两组所述安装支架的顶部通过复位弹簧传动连接。该汽车制动系统用刹车装置,对于电磁感应线圈因变阻碳片的磨损而对调节活塞所产生磁力大小的变化量与复位弹簧弹性模量之间的设置,该刹车装置上的刹车盘与摩擦片之间的间隙因变阻碳片的磨损而调整并保持始终相同的间隙大小,进而有效地提高了以调整套筒及其上的结构对于刹车盘与摩擦片之间间隙调整的精度。
