The invention discloses a ship-shore connection system for an FSRU and a cargo emergency cut-off method of the ship-shore connection system. The connection system comprises the FSRU, a terminal, a mooring load monitoring system located at the terminal, a mooring load monitoring double-vision system located on the FSRU, an optical fiber connection module, a first electrical connection module and asecond electrical connection module. The first electrical connection module adopts a Pyle-National system, and the second electrical connection module adopts an ITT-Cannon telephone connection system;communication between the FSRU and the terminal takes the optical fiber connection module as a main connection mode, the first electrical connection module serves as an auxiliary connection mode, andthe second electrical connection module determines whether the terminal needs to be connected or not according to the type of the berthed terminal. According to the ship-shore connection system, LNGand CNG can be transmitted between the FSRU and the terminal, and the ship-shore connection system has an electrical connection mode suitable for ship-shore communication in the global market.
