Disclosed is a hydraulic ship-to-shore connection device based on a bitt. The hydraulic ship-to-shore connection device comprises a lifting type landing ladder, a treadle type hydraulic press and an anti-skid bitt harness; wherein an original bitt in a vertical quay is connected to a left end of the anti-skid bitt harness, and the front and back ends of the right side of the anti-skid bitt harness are fixedly connected to the front and back ends of clamping right-angled edge iron, respectively; a right end portion of the clamping right-angled edge iron is hinged to a top end of the left side of the lifting type landing ladder; the clamping right-angled edge iron is connected to the vertical quay; a lower portion of the left side of the lifting type landing ladder is in contact with a power output end of the treadle type hydraulic press; and the treadle type hydraulic press is located on the lower right side of the vertical quay. By means of the lifting type landing ladder, the treadle type hydraulic press and the anti-skid bitt harness, small ships and boats of various types can be berthed on the vertical quay conveniently, safely and reliably without constructing a concrete step, such that the compatibility of roll-roll shipment berthing and small ship and boat berth is improved obviously.
