The invention discloses an underground routing intelligent inspection unmanned aerial vehicle with an explosion-proof function. The unmanned aerial vehicle comprises an explosion-proof vehicle body, and four supporting legs are symmetrically arranged below the machine body; a gas detector, an infrared probe and a controller are arranged at the front part of the machine body; an alarm lamp and a panoramic camera are arranged at the upper part of the machine body; a wireless signal receiving wire is arranged at the rear part of the machine body, penetrates through the interior of the machine body and is connected with the alarm lamp and the controller; the supporting legs are connected with the machine body through direct-acting joints. Two-way communication between a sensor system and a ground center is achieved, and the explosion-proof purpose is achieved. A traditional connecting mode is replaced by the direct-acting joint so as to reduce energy loss, the possibility of attachment ofsundries can be reduced, and the direct-acting joint has great friendliness to the complex environment of a mine. Autonomous flight, autonomous navigation, automatic obstacle avoidance and automatic routing inspection can be realized in a complex electromagnetic environment without GPS signals, the operation is simple, the energy consumption is saved, and the risk of underground accidents can be effectively reduced.

    本发明公开了一种具有防爆功能的井下智能巡检无人机。包括防爆机身,所述机身下方对称设有4条支撑腿;机身前部设有瓦斯气体探测器、红外探头和控制器;所述机身上部设有1个警报灯和1个全景摄像头,机身后部设有无线信号接收线贯穿机身内部与所述警报灯和控制器连接;所述支撑腿与所述机身采用直动关节连接。本发明利用传感器系统与地面中心实现双向通信,实现其防爆的目的。采用直动关节代替传统连接方式以减少能量损耗,且能降低杂物附着可能性,对矿井这一复杂环境具有极大的友好性。在无GPS信号、复杂电磁环境下可以实现自主飞行、自主导航和自动避障、自动巡检,操作简单、节省能耗,可有效的降低井下事故的风险。
