The invention discloses a charging cable for a light high-current-carrying tensile anti-torsion liquid-cooling direct-current charging pile. The charging cable comprises an assembly cable, a first outer wrapping layer, an inner protective layer, a first braided shielding layer, a second outer wrapping layer and an outer protective layer from inside to outside, the assembly cable comprises an anodemain power line, a cathode main power line, a ground wire, an anode auxiliary power line, a cathode auxiliary power line, a double-shielding communication signal line group and a combination line. The main power line comprises a first central conductor and an insulating layer. The first central conductor is a copper-clad aluminum conductor which surrounds a cooling hose and is formed through crossed irregular twisting. The ground wire comprises a second central conductor and an insulating layer, and the second central conductor is a copper-clad aluminum conductor formed by crossed regular orirregular stranding; the auxiliary power line comprises a third central conductor and an insulating layer; the combination line is a combined stranded line of a plurality of signal lines and an unshielded communication signal line group; and the unshielded communication signal line group is formed by twisting two signal lines. The requirement for direct-current quick charging is met, and the situation that internal thin core wires are broken due to frequent dragging can be prevented.

    一种轻质高载流抗拉抗扭液冷直流充电桩用充电电缆,由内而外包括总成缆、第一外绕包层、内护层、第一编织屏蔽层、第二外绕包层及外护层;总成缆包括正极主电源线、负极主电源线、地线、正极辅助电源线、负极辅助电源线、双屏蔽通信信号线组及组合线;主电源线包括第一中心导体及绝缘层,第一中心导体为围绕冷却软管并通过交叉非正规绞合形成的铜包铝导体;地线包括第二中心导体及绝缘层,第二中心导体为通过交叉正规或非正规绞合所形成的铜包铝导体;辅助电源线包括第三中心导体及绝缘层;组合线为多根信号线与一非屏蔽通信信号线组的组合绞线;非屏蔽通信信号线组由两信号线绞合而成。本发明满足直流快充要求,能防止频繁拖拽造成内部细芯线的断裂。
