The invention belongs to the field of winches, and particularly relates to a winch reliable in braking. The which comprises a coupler A, a coupler B, a rectangular spring, a gear, a rack, a friction ring, a transmission shaft and the like, through increasing the interval between adjacent inner teeth of a second-stage planet carrier, it is ensured that even if the elasticity of a spring A becomes weak, a third-stage sun gear can still be smoothly inserted into the second-stage planet carrier, and the meshing width of the third-stage sun gear and the second-stage planet carrier can meet the normal requirement. Through the design of a sliding gear ring and a spring C, the tooth breaking phenomenon occurring when outer teeth of the third-stage sun gear enter the inner tooth space of the second-stage planet carrier can be greatly reduced, and the tooth integrity of the third-stage sun gear and the second-stage planet carrier is protected. When the rectangular spring is in friction failure after being used for a long time, the rack and a sliding block slide into a tooth groove in the friction ring to achieve complete braking of the coupler B and the friction ring, and therefore the indirect braking relation between the transmission shaft and a roller is achieved. The winch is simple in structure and has a better practical effect.

    本发明属于绞盘领域,尤其涉及一种制动可靠的绞盘,它包括A联轴器、B联轴器、矩形弹簧、齿轮、齿条、摩擦环、传动轴等,其中通过增大二级行星架相邻内齿之间的间距,保证了即使在A弹簧的弹性变弱后依然可以使三级太阳轮顺利插入到二级行星架中,使三级太阳轮与二级行星架的啮合宽度达到正常要求。通过滑动齿环和C弹簧的设计,可以大大减弱三级太阳轮外齿进入到二级行星架内齿间距中时所出现的打齿现象,保护了三级太阳轮和二级行星架的齿完整性。当矩形弹簧长时间使用后出现摩擦失效的情况,通过齿条和滑动块滑入到摩擦环中的牙槽中来实现B联轴器与摩擦环的完全制动,从而传动轴与滚筒之间实现间接制动关系。本发明结构简单,具有较好实用效果。
