The base is rotatably connected with the lower end of a supporting rod through a lower connecting rod, a pull rod transversely penetrates through the upper portion of the middle of the supporting rod, a protruding block is arranged below the middle of the supporting rod, the upper end of the supporting rod is rotatably connected with a brake assembly through an upper connecting rod, and the brake assembly can make contact with the outer diameter of the winch in an attached mode. The installation space of an existing winch braking device is saved under the condition that space adding is limited, emergency auxiliary braking is conducted on the winch under the emergency situation, the position of a braking point can be adjusted at multiple angles, an additional mechanical power part is not needed, cost is low, operation is easy, dismounting and mounting are convenient, and safety and reliability are achieved.

    本发明公开了一种绞盘用辅助制动装置,固定座一侧设有可拆卸的静态限位机构,静态限位机构上可接触设有调节机构,调节机构一端与动态限位机构一端连接,其固定座另一侧平行且间隔设有底座,底座上通过下连杆与支撑杆下端可转动连接,支撑杆中部上方横向穿设有拉杆,支撑杆中部下方设有凸块,支撑杆上端通过上连杆与刹车组件可转动连接,刹车组件与绞盘外径可贴合接触。本发明在空间加装受限情况下节省现有绞盘制动装置的安装空间,对突发情况下对绞盘进行紧急辅助制动,并可实现多角度调整制动点位置,不需要额外的机械动力部分,成本低廉操作简单拆装方便安全可靠。
