The invention discloses a high-power high-voltage access type IGBT charging mechanism. The charging mechanism comprises a transformer, IGBT chargers, a power distribution unit, charging terminals, a high-voltage monitoring unit and a charger monitoring management system. The primary side of the transformer is connected with a power supply assembly, the transformer comprises a plurality of secondary sides connected in parallel, the IGBT chargers and the secondary side of the transformer are correspondingly arranged and electrically connected, the charging terminals and the IGBT chargers are correspondingly arranged and electrically connected, and the power distribution unit distributes electric energy of the IGBT chargers among the charging terminals. The charger monitoring management system is in communication connection with the IGBT chargers, the power distribution unit, the charging terminals and the high-voltage monitoring unit, the high-voltage monitoring unit is in communicationconnection with the power supply assembly, and the charger monitoring management system is used for controlling the power distribution unit. The reliability and the safety of the charging mechanism are improved, the manufacturing cost and the operation cost are reduced, the service life of equipment is prolonged, the combination and the energy distribution of IGBT chargers are scheduled, and eachfunctional unit is monitored.

    本发明公开了一种大功率高压接入式IGBT充电机构,包括变压器、IGBT充电机、功率分配单元、充电终端、高压监控单元和充电机监控管理系统。变压器的原边连接有供电组件,变压器包括若干并联的副边,IGBT充电机与变压器的副边对应设置且电连,充电终端与IGBT充电机对应设置且电连,功率分配单元将IGBT充电机的电能在充电终端间进行分配。充电机监控管理系统与IGBT充电机、功率分配单元、充电终端和高压监控单元通信连接,高压监控单元与供电组件通信连接,充电机监控管理系统用于控制功率分配单元。提高充电机构的可靠性和安全性,降低制造成本和运行成本,提升设备的使用寿命,调度IGBT充电机的组合、能量分配,监控各功能单元。
