The invention relates to a tower crane remote control operation intelligent early warning and reverse control method, comprising a tower crane. A control unit for controlling a tower crane driving system is arranged in a cab fixedly arranged at the upper end of the tower crane; an alarm unit and an auxiliary controller are further arranged in the cab fixedly arranged at the upper end of the towercrane; a plurality of distance signal collection units in different directions are arranged on a lifting hook of the tower crane; the distance signal collection units are in signal connection with theauxiliary controller; the auxiliary controller controls and is connected with the alarm unit so as to trigger the alarm unit to give an alarm when the lifting hook approaches an object; and the auxiliary controller is in signal connection with a control unit so as to trigger the control unit and enable the tower crane driving system to stop suddenly when the lifting hook further approaches the object. The method is easy to implement, corresponding transformation can be performed on the basis that the control and driving parts of an original tower crane are stored, the problems that the lifting hook hurts people and touches objects easily in the operation process of the tower crane are effectively solved, and the effect of further improving the use safety of the tower crane is achieved.

    本发明涉及一种塔吊遥控操作智能预警及反操控方法,包括塔吊,塔吊上端固定设置的驾驶室内设有控制塔吊驱动系统的控制单元;塔吊上端固定设置的驾驶室内还设有告警单元和辅助控制器,在塔吊的吊钩上设有多个不同朝向的距离信号收集单元,所述距离信号收集单元信号连接辅助控制器,辅助控制器控制连接告警单元以便可在吊钩靠近对象物时触发告警单元进行告警;所述辅助控制器信号连接控制单元以便可在吊钩进一步靠近对象物时触发控制单元并使塔吊驱动系统急停。本发明实施简单,可在保存原有塔吊的控制和驱动部分的基础上做相应改造即可,有效避免塔吊操作中容易出现吊钩伤人、触物意外的问题,达到进一步提高塔吊使用安全性的效果。
