The invention relates to the technical field of offshore construction, and discloses an equipment installation method for an offshore booster station. The method comprises the following steps: 1, determining the rolling direction of a sea transportation ship, wherein the length direction of the horizontal projection of a heavy equipment pedestal on the offshore booster station is the rolling direction of the sea transportation ship; 2, calculating a rolling anti-overturning coefficient of the heavy equipment during sea transportation; 3, determining the number and the size of anti-overturningpressing blocks according to the rolling anti-overturning coefficient; 4, according to the thickness difference between flange plates of planking beams and flange plates of supporting beams, loweringthe planking beams and the deck together till the upper surface of the deck and the upper surfaces of the supporting beams are located on the same plane, and forming a deck fragment between every twoadjacent supporting beams; and 5, leveling the supporting points of the pedestal according to the arrangement of the pedestal of the heavy equipment. The invention has the advantages of high safety factor, low purchase and construction cost, high production and installation efficiency, low labor cost, energy conservation and emission reduction.

    本发明涉及海上施工技术领域,公开了一种海上升压站的设备安装方法,包括以下步骤:步骤一,确定海运船舶的横摇方向,海上升压站上的重型设备基座的水平投影的长度方向为海运船舶的横摇方向;步骤二,计算重型设备海运时的横摇抗倾覆系数;步骤三,根据横摇抗倾覆系数确定抗倾覆压块的数目与尺寸;步骤四,根据铺板梁的翼缘板与支撑梁的翼缘板之间的厚度差,将铺板梁与甲板一同降低,直至甲板的上表面与支撑梁的上表面均在同一平面上,使相邻的支撑梁之间形成一个甲板分片;步骤五,根据重型设备的基座布置,对基座支撑点进行调平。采用本发明具有安全系数高,采购与建造成本低,生产及安装效率高,人工成本低,节能减排的优点。
